In need of a General Maintenance ASAP AAA Apartment Staffing is looking for a highly skilled individuals to service Apartment Communities in Detroit, MI *The position is working temp on a week to week basis (Mon-Fri 8-5) must be available to start next day! This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Please apply on aaastaffing.com General Responsibilities: • Electrical work • Plumbing Repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Appliance and Furniture moving • Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units • Completion of full vacant unit turn process General Requirements / Qualifications • Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred • General building and grounds maintenance • Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs • Must have a positive attitude / good customer service • Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style • Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
