WinnCompanies is looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team at Orchard Place Apartments, a 550-unit community in Rochester, NY, and we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities •Planting flowers and pruning shrubs •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on grounds equipment •Removing items left behind in vacant units •Keep grounds clean by picking up litter, emptying trash cans and sweeping parking lots and walkways •Perform snow and ice removal or other weather related cleanup •Perform maintenance in hallways and laundry rooms which will include lite electrical •Assist with special assignments as needed or requested Requirements •Ability to lift 50 plus pounds •1+ year related experience •High School diploma or GED •Ability to speak and understand basic English What We Can Offer You Great Benefits: We offer benefits including health & dental plan options, generous time off and paid holidays, 401(k) and education reimbursement opportunities that’s best for you and your family.
