Property Management Company located in Denver, CO. We are currently hiring for a full-time property maintenance position starting as soon as possible. We have a portfolio of vacation rental properties which we are responsible for all the services and maintenance. Including daily maintenance tasks, snow removal, and lawn care.
This position has many important responsibilities such as client communications, property on-boarding, service estimates, completion of work orders, administrative duties, management of our maintenance software, etc. Tasks include basic handyman projects, paint touch-ups, property set-ups, moving furniture, weekly lawn care, snow removal, etc.…
You will be working closely with the rest of the team including operational staff and cleaning supervisors to ensure smooth day to day operations. This position is Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. The only responsibility outside of those hours will be snow removal in the wintertime.
This position requires proficiency with computer work, Gmail correspondence, and our maintenance software that you will use daily. We are looking for a dedicated team player that is looking to grow with one of the top vacation rental property management companies in Denver.
Requirements: CO Driver’s license with active insurance, basic tools, having a truck is preferable but not a requirement. A background check will be completed prior to hiring and references will be checked.
