Currently looking for Entry tech, Maintenance Tech 1,Maintenance Tech 2 We are looking for techs to join our Maintenance Team. We manage properties in the Aurora/Denver/Lakewood area and like Denver, we're always growing. Qualifications needed: -Must provide a valid social security number. -Must pass a detailed background check. -Must have dependable transportation. -Able to use smartphone. Duties and Responsibilities:  Maintain the property to high standards o Assure that all areas of community are free of debris, trash, odors, etc. o Work quick so work orders are resolved within 48 hrs. o Work with vendors and contractors like a pro. o Use phone app for service requests.  Must be available for regular on call schedules and must be available to work during scheduled off-hours and overtime as emergency situations dictate. Yeah we know, but somebody's got to do it.  Performs day to day skills including electrical, plumbing, drywall, texture, painting, tile, general carpentry and other skills associated with apartment building maintenance.  Make sure that keys are ready for new move ins.  Must provide your own basic hand tools. Of course we've got the bigger ones.  Must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools.  Must be able to lift heavy objects and and work in all weather conditions. -Competitive wages-PTO-Holidays-Health benefit package options-Gas allowance-
