We are seeking reliable, experienced laborers, skilled laborers and a project manager to join our team. This a fast paced work environment and we require everyone to be dedicated, attentive, hardworking, prepared and have a positive attitude. Remember each day and each house is different. LABORER Job type: Full time Pay: $15-$18/hr Responsibilities: - Job site clean up - Demo - Moving materials - Understands job site protocol, fast learner, task-oriented - Some experience with hand & power tools preferred - Provide assistance to contractors/subcontractors - Not afraid to ask questions as appropriate, willing to grow in the construction industry Qualifications: - Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck. - Currently has some tools but is willing to expand their toolset - Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, task oriented and has strong work ethic - Construction experience: 1 year - Driver's license: Required - High school or equivalent: Preferred To apply, use the link below: SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABORER Job type: Full time Pay: $18-$23/hr Responsibilities: - Demo - Moving and hauling materials - Understands job site protocol, fast learner, task-oriented - Possess skills necessary to properly operate small motorized tools and equipment - Able to drive a trailer - Maintain job site neat, clean and organized - Knowledge in residential remodel aspects including installation of door handles, cabinet pulls, hang mirrors, etc. Qualifications: - Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck. - Currently has some tools but is willing to expand their toolset - Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, task oriented and has strong work ethic - Construction experience: 2-3 years - Driver's license: Required - High school or equivalent: Preferred To apply, please click on the link below: PROJECT MANAGER Job type: Full time Pay: $28-$35/hr Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects and details of a job including ordering materials, scheduling, quality control walks, and maintaining deadlines - Communicate with homeowners, investors, subcontractors and laborers - Knowledge of residential remodel - Strong problem solving skills - Self motivated - Ability to multitask, work under pressure and be a team player - Not afraid to get dirty Qualifications: - Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck. - Has own hand tools and power drill - Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, task oriented and has strong work ethic - Construction experience: 3-5 years - Driver's license: Required - High school or equivalent: Preferred To apply, please click on the link below:
