Requirements: 1 year minimum experience operating light machinery (bobcat, roller, mini-excavator, snow plowing) HS Diploma and willingness to learn Current driver's license with good driving record Must be reliable, honest and willing to go above and beyond when situation warrants Able to perform hands on work including shoveling snow, cutting grass, operating a blower and other lawn maintenance equipment Must be able to work regular 40 hour week ~ 7:30am to 4pm Must be fluent in English (Spanish speaking is a plus) Hourly wage starting range $14-20 per hour (commensurate with experience).
