We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks. Truck Team Member – General Labor / Customer Service / Driver Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 4-5 shifts per week including 1 weekend day (shifts are typically 8-14hrs) Pay: $13.25-$20/hr avg all-in (inclusive of base pay, daily cash tips, bonuses paid on every paycheck & incentives). About the position: -Each shift starts at our office in Gaithersburg (near Airpark) where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day -You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces -You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities About you: 21+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes) 18+ years of age for non-driver positions Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record for the past 3 years (for driver positions) A positive, friendly attitude and good verbal and written communication skills Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
