CREW CHIEF: Every applicant must meet these minimum requirements: • IICRC certified for WRT • Ability to manage time effectively and communicate professionally with customers • Ability to lead and direct team members • Ability to perform demolition work • Ability to attend training classes and pass written examinations • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Must possess a valid driver’s license Preferred candidate requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the disaster restoration industry • Knowledge of disaster restoration requirements and programs or the ability to learn them quickly.
