General Construction Contractor seeking full-time Construction Project Coordinator to provide support for estimating, inventory, and construction project coordination. General Contractor focuses on plumbing for residential construction. In this position, the candidate will be trained directly by the company owner/Project Manager. Tasks include but are not limited to: - Assist PM with project related responsibilities - Set up new projects and complete assigned tasks until project completion - Prepare, organize and update project information for field employees - Maintain various logs that track project tasks and updates - Correspond with customers and subcontractors - Maintain electronic and paper filing of project documents Requirements: • Prefer a candidate with some construction/plumbing experience • Ability to learn how to read and /understand comprehend construction/shop drawings • Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed • Work effectively within a team • Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff, management, and customers. • High competency level: MS Office Suite • Work in a high-pressure environment • Work within strict deadlines • Extremely detail oriented • Strong work ethic, high level professionalism and "can-do" attitude • Spanish speaking a plus ** Please indicate your salary expectations in your response **
