The Texas Constitutional carry bill will allow anyone 21 and over, that can pass a background check to buy a gun, the legal right to carry a gun.
The same as anyone with a License to carry.
Law enforcement can not stop and frisk you just for carrying a gun.
Why would they stop you for doing something that is legal.
This does not change the current laws of mentally ill people, felons, drug users from owning and carrying guns. All Constitutional carry laws will do is allow lawbiding citizens their right to carry a gun in public, open or concealed without asking the government for permission.
All State and federal gun laws still apply.
Quit comparing cars to guns. The is nothing in the Constitution about you rights to drive a car. Just more Liberal bull shit.
