North Spokane based tier 3 cannabis producer/processor is seeking immediate hires for both farm and packaging positions. We are available and for sale statewide in over 150 stores. Come join the fun!!! Ideal candidates will have their own vehicle to ensure timely arrival to all shifts as well as flexibility between work locations when required. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime will be scheduled based on necessity. Competitive wages and bonuses paid. Please be sure to mention if you're interested in one or both positions. Processing (packaging) positions require, but are not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Exhibit attention to detail while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Take direction (constructive criticism) well and sometimes work independently. Meet operational goals based on management’s direction and business needs. Arrive on time and ready for shifts with a positive attitude. Producing (farming) positions require, but are not limited to: Ability to stand, crotch, kneel for long periods. Work in dirty, outdoor conditions during hot, cold, windy and/or wet weather. Carry 50lbs to 75lbs with ease and move 100lbs on occasion. Take direction (constructive criticism) well and sometimes work independently. Arrive on time and ready for shifts with a positive attitude.
