Help rebuild homes impacted by Hurricane Laura and Delta! Nonprofits SBP and Fuller Center have teamed up to hire AmeriCorps members to help repair and rebuild homes for families and individuals affected by last year's storms. We are hiring LOCAL community members to assist with construction, volunteer coordination, and case management. AmeriCorps members serve full time for 10 months and receive the following benefits: • Monthly Living stipend of $1,427 (pre-tax) • Education award of $6,195 upon successful completion of 10-month term • Eligibility to postpone repayment of federally-guarantee student loans during their service term. • Free limited benefits health insurance • Child care assistance • Professional development opportunities Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
