Local Construction company seeking Jobsite Porter Residential Remodeling company is seeking a part time porter with possibility of a full time position based on work ethic and productivity. TASKS INCLUDING - but not limited to: Jobsite clean-up, sweeping, minor haul of trash to jobsite dumpsters. Installation of Floor protection and plastic dust protection. Materials Delivery (Truck is a plus but not required) Transportation is required. Frequent trips to building equipment supply stores Awareness of project Schedule and supply crews with needed material Final make ready i.e. cleaning glass windows, final sweep, mop, dust and shine. EXPECTED TO LEARN: Names of Products to be purchased Familiarity with product pricing and vendors that offer the best pricing. Location of local material vendors Understanding of the Scope of Work for the projects and what comes next. Understand the process to take a remodel project to completion.
