Koehler Pest Solutions is hiring for a lawn spray and pest control technician. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Experience is preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable working outdoors and available to work some Saturdays as needed. ***If interested, please reply with your resume' and/or previous work experience, including employers and length of time at each job*** Some of the duties of the technician include: • Treating lawns/shrubs/trees with fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and/or insecticides to prevent insects and promote health and growth. • Treating homes and buildings inside and/or outside to prevent insects • Providing information and exemplary customer service to both current and potential customers. We are offering excellent pay to the candidate who consistently demonstrates the following: • Strong work ethic • Completion of daily tasks in an accurate and efficient manner • Positive customer relations • Proper use and care of company vehicles, equipment, and property • Ability to follow direction as given Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn sales commission on new account sign-ups. We are a small but growing company with a relaxed work environment. While there will be a training period, this position is best suited for someone who is comfortable with and capable of working independently throughout the day with little to no supervision, while still getting the job done in a professional manner.
