Work to include: Demolition, Concrete, Framing, Carpentry, cleanup, delivery. Possible plumbing, painting and electric work depending on experience. Requirements: * Clean cut positive attitude team player with polite manners. * Minimum 1 year residential remodeling/construction experience. * Clean DMV and NO criminal record (**background search required upon job offer) * Non-smoking/drugs * Dependable transportation (truck preferred) * Cell phone and own basic tools.
