We are looking for a motivated worker/laborer interested in a full-time entry-level job to join our Hood River based company focused on high-quality residential construction that is environmentally conscious and energy efficient. We build projects from the from the foundation to the roof, so there is lots of variation and a great group of employees to keep work interesting. Our preferred candidate will be interested in learning valuable on-the-job construction skills from our expert carpenters in all aspects of construction and will have their hourly pay grown along with their skill set. While no experience is necessary for the right candidate, a good familiarity with basic tools, a strong work ethic, good references, and the ability to lift over 80 pounds is necessary.
