Coast pavement services is seeking general paving laborers with a strong work ethic and who want to be a part of the Paving it Forward culture at Coast as part of its paving team. Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist in job setup at the yard • Get appropriate/designated tools ready and out for paving upon arrival to the job • Tack existing asphalt and concrete before paving • Tack and Sand after paving is done • Clean up behind the paving operation • Assist in loading and unloading equipment and tools before and after the job is complete Qualifications: • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate, Prevailing Wage Eligible 100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance (employee) 50% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance (family/spouse) Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Employee-Paid Dental Insurance 401(k) Flexible PTO Policy Bonus Program Paycheck Stabilization Program Coast offers employees to enroll in the PSP program.
