Phez Asphalt Construction, located in Cresson, TX is looking for a bright, motivated, organized individual to join our team as an Estimator. Our ideal candidate is experienced in asphalt and concrete paving with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. Our Estimator will be expected to: determine price and planning and properly estimate asphalt projects. Evaluate bid documents and construction blueprints to do take-offs. Follow up on bid submissions and secure/review contracts. Work effectively in a team environment. Provide detailed project information to operations, managers, and field crews throughout the duration of the project as needed. Qualifications and Skills MUST HAVE field knowledge experience in asphalt and/or concrete site work. Have a thorough understanding of how to accurately read construction blueprints/specifications. Software Experience is required, and exceptional communication skills and customer focus approach. Organized individual with strong project management skills committed to performing duties with detail and accuracy. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: We offer top pay for the right individual.
