My Oscar is still missing. He was last seen Wednesday morning (4/14) on Carter Place, Winchester. He is wearing a Soresto collar. Oscar's lower lip and chin are all white. His upper lip is black, except for a white splotch on the left side, and he has a small white streak on the left side of his nose. His back legs are more white, and he has a small black spot on his left rear leg. I am sure he is not home because he can't get here. Please check your sheds and garages if you live close to Carter Place, and call him. Please message me if you have seen him. Thanks!
