We have an immediate opening for a Make Ready/Assistant Maintenance Tech for an apartment complex in Temple, Texas. Applicants must be able to pass a background check (no felonies). Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Starts at $13 per hour. Prefer experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, sheet rock, & painting experience. Must be available for on-call service (2 week rotation). Company benefits after waiting period.
