The NBA is losing attendance, and not because of covid. All of sports is losing attendance. And that coach, Popadonavichisteen, or what ever his name is, is trying to get in good with the woke crowd. Most of which couldn't afford a ticket anyways. So before another innocent victim is shot dead, teach them to obey the law, do as the officer asks, and you will live.
