Description

We have 3-4 live-work positions available for the care of our 110+ non-profit sanctuary duck flock. The work occurs mostly inside an insulated barn and in an outdoor yard. We are an organic, regenerative-vegan permaculture farm and wildlife refuge in the mountains of Vermont. Ideal candidates will be healthy and physically fit, with endurance to work through all of Vermont’s weather conditions and be able to make at least a 4-month commitment. Must be honest, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Compensation includes housing, electric, heat, wifi, some farm crops, a small monthly stipend, with additional paid hourly wages.
