Parkwest Emergency Room Bumping Patients

Took my elderly mother-in-law to Parkwest Emergency room yesterday afternoon. Waiting room was about half full when we arrived. Asked me at the door if I had the Covid (sham) vaccine. I said no. They let me in anyway. Then why ask? So stupid. Proceeded to wait over 6 hours....nothing. Asked them where we were on the waiting list after 5 hours, told we were 4th. Asked again an hour later, told we were 5th. They are CHOOSING who they want to see first and bumping others, no matter how long you have been waiting. Unless you're coming in with a mortal head wound, no one should be getting bumped, especially the elderly! They are either seriously understaffed or dishonest. You tell me. Parkwest, you should be ashamed. NEVER going back.
