Entry Level position This is an entry level position for Crank Works Inc Duties will include :crankshaft disassembly using hydraulic presses : cleaning and deburring of crankshafts using beadblaster, ultrasonic cleaning,solvent tank and various power tools : prepping cranks for assembly : deburring and prepping inhouse manufactured products such as connecting rods and crank webs This is a perfect opertunity for someone interested in dirt bikes, jet skis, ATV's, snowmobiles We are willing to train anybody that shows ambition in manual machining, precision assembly, tig welding, even CNC machining, this a chance to work and learn new skills Most of our employee's have started in this position and grown with the company into hitech positions, some even work weekends for race teams This is a full time position 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday some Saturdays Crank Works Inc is a leading manufacturer and modifier of crankshafts and connecting rods for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki,Polaris,KTM/Husky/GasGas pretty much all powersports manufacturer We work with leading high performance engine builders around the world Health, dental, vision and accident insurance available after 90 day probation period along with a bonus program We are looking for dependable hard working individuals We believe in raises are earned not given so if you have a hard time showing up on time or can't put your cell phone down DON'T APPLY Tardieness and cell phone are not tolerated Starting pay is 13.50 negotiable if you possess any of the bespoke skills and can fit in some of the other positions We are currently seeing the most business in the companies 21 yr history and need the help
