Looking for someone to replace existing outdoor lights

Been waiting a year almost to get this done and cant find people to do it. We have string lights that are a lot bigger then Xmas lights on a tree. I need better lights then these as some strings don't work and they They zigzag our patio and patio is 60 feet long. They are already wired. On off switch is inside building. So show me something that can replace them and do it!!! Not sure why this is so hard. Pictures show you what's there now. They don't work. Looking to get this done ASAP but before noon or after 11pm which ever day the work is done as it is an outdoor dining area.
