Because of rapid growth, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Professional Home Inspector in the Philadelphia area. Job Duties: • Willing to cover the following travel radius: South Jersey - Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. • Knowledge of approved methods and materials used in construction and maintenance to perform residential and commercial inspections. • Identify and document deficiencies within residential/commercial properties. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with referral partners. • Complete and distribute inspection reports using proprietary inspection software within a timely manner. • Comfortable with using 32' aluminum ladder for roof access/inspection. • Enter attics and crawl spaces as needed for evaluation • Strong verbal/written communication skills • Must have reliable personal transportation. • Proficient computer skills We are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute). Must pass criminal background check.* Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.* Only candidates with a resume will be considered.*
