Apply Here: Maintenance and Cleaning Technician Job Description: Responsibilities- • Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed • Adhere to detailed Site specific cleaning task list • Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans • Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders • Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests • Perform light maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, unclogging toilets, ect.) • Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers • Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary • Handle weekly supply inventory and ordering Skill Requirements- • 2+ years janitorial or maintenance experience preferred • High school diploma/GED highly desired • Ability to successfully complete industry technical and safety training courses • Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
