$17-$18/Hour Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 1:00PM, Additional hours as needed. The General Laborer will perform duties assisting the Estate Manager complete projects for the estate. Work performed is varied each day depending on the scope of the projects. Work will ordinarily be that performed by a general handyman, assistant. In addition to assisting with projects, the General Laborer will be responsible for the washing and detailing of all of the vehicles, performing routine maintenance and simple home repairs, assisting in the garden, and other tasks as assigned by the Estate Manager. In order to excel at this position, you will:  Remain open to taking on whatever task comes your way.  Achieve goals with minimal supervision, but also contribute effectively as a team member.  Be able to anticipate needs and take initiative.  Be good at trouble shooting and problem solving.  Have excellent communication skills.  Maintain a clean work environment. Requirements:  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Experience is preferred.  Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident.  Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.  Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
