-We are a Real Estate(Property Management)/Construction Company looking for a tradesman/handyman to handle all kinds of jobs big and small ranging from drywall and touchup paint and tile jobs, plumbing, minor electrical, minor roofing, installing doors, demo, apartment turnovers, trashouts etc, etc. -You must have flexible hours and work on holidays occasionally. -You must have ability to submit professional invoices via email. -You will be required to sign a W-9 as you will be an independent contractor. -We pay by the job...meet you on site...bid the job...start the job...finish the job...submit invoice on Wednesday and get paid on Friday generally. -There are a lot of ongoing jobs from Real Estate and Property Management.
