We are seeking EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE FOREMAN to add to our remarkable team of professionals! The Foreman position is a hands-on, working position doing Commercial Landscape construction. Position is responsible for first level hands on supervision of a crew from 4-6 individuals for Commercial job installations, quality control and crew management completing jobs within hours and budget while maintaining Santa Rita's standards of quality. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Experience, Knowledge & Abilities • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role •MINIMUM five (5) years hands-on landscape construction experience including equipment operator experience using various types of construction manufacturing machinery and tools including, forklifts, skid steer, trenchers, mini excavator, backhoe, skip loader, and variety of power tools, etc. • Proven demonstrated experience leading crews • Experience installing variety of irrigation types/sizes/controllers/timers and ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues • Ability to accurately forecast project schedule • Ability to accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, developing and building bench strength • Knowledge of common name plant identification and ability to properly layout to scale • Knowledge of OSHA Safety laws and ability to conduct safety meetings with team members • Bilingual a plus, but not required Benefits & Perks Competitive Weekly Pay Based on Experience Paid Time Off - Accrue from Day 1 EARN IT!
