Description
Maintain the physical properties of 21 Plus, Inc., interior and exterior, including routine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Maintain and keep maintenance vehicle organized. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid NJ driver's license with an acceptable record of safe driving. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must have prior carpentry or maintenance work experience with good references and own tools.
