Groundskeeper/Handyman Greetings! We are looking to add someone to our team. There are a variety of jobs around the property to be taken care of including, but not limited to: -property upgrade projects -helping maintain functionality of grounds -keeping grounds clean from trash and debris -simple pool maintenance -and occasional assistance in the artist's studio = unpacking shipped supplies = breaking down boxes = emptying trash cans = packing & shipping product Please have the following skills: -the ability to be self-sufficient and independently finish jobs -working knowledge of hand and power tools -the ability to lift 50+ lbs. -interest in learning and being able to take direction well. This is a flexible job, working 2 to 3 days a week. Pay starts at $15/hour. You will receive a W9 tax form. This is not a cash job. This is not a gig. We are located in Morongo Valley.
