Are you having trouble staying asleep? Are you curious about Meditation and Buddhist approaches to improve sleep? Do you have any advice to share as well? Please join us for an upcoming free virtual (Zoom) workshop on sleep and mindfulness. As part of the series, we'll ask attendees to journal daily about their sleep and learn different educational strategies to improve their sleep. The course will be led by a physician with training in sleep medicine.
