LEAD INSTALLER We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner Job Requirements • Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic • Reliable, punctual with good work ethic • Possess and maintain current driver’s license • Good driving record • Operate company vehicle in safe manner • Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong personal organization skills INSTALLER HELPER Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner. Requirements • Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner. • Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong personal organization skills. MACHINE OPERATOR Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques Follow quality and safety standards Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule Understand daily cut lists Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman Requirements Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools a plus. Excellent problem solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team oriented Quality conscious Service oriented Honest and reliable Preferred: Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields (32mm systems) If you are motivated to succeed and passionate, then you deserve to learn more about these opportunities!
