Forming touring band: need backing vocals, guitarist & drummer

Solo artist recently relocated to Raleigh. New album & singles are getting attention. Needing to pull together a touring band based in Raleigh. Looking for the following: - Female backing vocal (or male with high range) - some lead singing opportunities (it's a plus if you play guitar, bass, or keys, but not required) - Guitarist (backup vocals a plus, but not required) - Drums (backup vocals a plus, but not required) - Genre: Electronic/synthwave, heavy guitar crossed with shoegaze guitar textures, and driving dance rhythms... - Equipment: We'd rather hear what you can do and see who you are then worry about who does and doesn't have tons of equipment... Equipment can always be obtained, talent is much harder to find... - Experience: We'd prefer to find someone with real talent over someone who just has tons of experience... - Personality: If you're fun to be around but less experienced you'll probably beat out someone with a pro-touring background and an attitude – life's too short... If you're 18+ and can play your instrument, let's hear it. You don't have to have years of touring experience - in fact, it's probably better if you don't... Just know your instrument / voice and don't be afraid to share your weaknesses so we can account for them... Nobody is perfect...but we can make you sound like you are! If the right group of people is pulled together this could reform as a new band... but it doesn't require that level of commitment up-front. Once the touring band is formed, rehearsals and paying regional gigs will begin... Once we're ready, a tour will be scheduled with an eye on everybody's personal calendars. If you want to be around genuinely nice people with fantastic music backgrounds, deep knowledge of the industry, recording equipment/studio and skills, and a possible fast-track opportunity to success in a band, this is for you...
