Experienced Maintenance Technician required for a busy vacation home management company servicing properties within the Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont area. ACO Vacation Homes is a property management company for short and long term rentals. We are very focused on high quality and we are looking for a maintenance worker to help us elevating our standards. Salary: $14.00 per hour Full time job This position also works on weekends and holidays depending on schedule. 9am to 5pm Weekly payment. Benefits: 1 pto every 3 months 5 paid days vacation after 1 year We offer health insurance Requirements: Allow to work in the US Clear driver license English speak and writing Experience This position drivers company’s car.
