Missing Gray with White Elderly Cat

My 13 yr old cat went missing Friday (4/23) after having breakfast some point in the day. He is super friendly, usually does not venture outside of our front lawn (cross streets beach and franklin). I would just like to know what happened, if there was an accident! If you took him thinking he was a stray, he has multiple health issues and VERY loved! I would hate for someone to take on that burden or have to put him down due to expenses when you realize how old and needy he is. Call or Text! I just want him home safe and sound, or to know what happened!
