Looking for handyman, trash out, general contractor, painting-interior and exterior(patios, doors, trim), hvac, plumbing, drywall, gutters, flooring (carpet and vinyl), cleaning (construction clean, move in/move out cleans, weekly building cleaning and laundry room), concrete (patios, sidewalks), bath tub and countertop refinishing...for renovation of apartment complex. (electrician not needed, lawncare/landscaping not needed) Must be licensed if trade requires (plumbing, hvac) and have insurance. We need those who show up and complete the job they are hired for. Immediate work needing completed. Scheduling bid appointments this week. Looking for labor charges- all material will be provided. Please send message with experience, two work references and contact info. *Those without reliable transportation, drug/alcohol issues or daily excuses for not showing up need not apply. Lots of work here - no time to babysit anyone.
