Seeking maintenance/handyman for misc. repairs and maintenance at two properties in Clearwater area. (One property in Belleair, one on Clearwater Beach) Part- time position. 1 or 2 days per week; 4-6 hours per day. Duties will include mowing lawn, trimming, clean-up, and general property maintenance plus small repairs.
