Building maintenance/ shuttle driver

Part time position 5 days a week mornings or afternoons. Looking for someone to come in and take care of our facility. General cleaning of shop, dumping garbage's, using floor machine, cleaning bathrooms, occasional painting, mow the lawn (very small) shuttle driver and pick up parts on occasion. Other tasks as assigned by management. Position is perfect for a retiree who wans a little extra income or a stay at home parent who's kids are in school. Hours are flexible, must be able to work unsupervised and complete tasks, good driving record a must.
