We are looking for a full-time apprentice who wants to grow with our small company. You will learn all about design, installation and finishing techniques for custom cabinetry and storage solutions, as well as concrete epoxy garage floor coatings. We are customer-service focused to the highest level of detail and you will be expected to uphold our high standards. You will be fully trained on and employ our professional design and installation methods. You will help clients understand services and create solutions to design challenges. Pay rate starts at $14-16/hr during training with the potential to earn tips, bonuses and pay increases based on performance after training. For this position, all tools, equipment and required PPE are provided. We will provide detailed and ongoing training and support. - A valid drivers license and the ability to drive a truck legally is required for this position. - Willing and able to complete a background and drug check. - Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds when required.
