Originally from CA! Just returned after a short stay in another state caring for an elder parent and self. My ex husband welcomed me into his home, however, he has drama and GF issues. I am 100% drama free, no drugs, no drinking, no over night guests, no smoking, just my lil bestie a nine year old small dog who is well behaved, house broken and fixed! My entire household is in storage and I am only using the bare minimum until I obtain full time employment and purchase or rent a home long term. I have a decent income, good credit, a newer vehicle along with excellent roomate/references. If you have a room, guest house or need a house sitter during the summer while you travel to a cooler climate, I am your person! Very responsible, organized and clean.
