This includes basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair / replacement as well as ensuring that grounds are maintained. Ability to prioritize work orders and complete work efficiently. Willing to take direction from Facilities Manager. Looking for a team player, with a can do attitude, willing and able to work 40 hours per week, plus share on-call weekend duties. References required. QUALIFICATIONS - MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Clear/ Effective Communication Neat and Professional Appearance Ability to work independently and problem solve Sufficient knowledge of all areas of maintenance Willingness to be on-call and manage emergency repairs as needed Physical ability to routinely lift 50 lbs, periodically larger amounts Dependable transportation with ability to haul tools and materials Clean verifiable driving record, valid Drivers License and proof of Automobile Insurance __________________________________________________________________ PURPOSE - MAINTENANCE TECH Seeking an individual with experience maintaining residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical appliance repair and/or replacement as well as maintaining grounds and laundry rooms. Our office is a 15 minute commute from downtown Eureka, Cutten and Freshwater. Both of these positions require driving as far South as Field’s Landing and North to Arcata.
