Popular cottage colony on Cape Cod is currently seeking part-time house cleaners/cottage cleaners for the season. Seeking workers available to start in May. Required days are Saturday and Sunday (8-10hrs/day). Additional days/hours negotiable. Job Responsibilities • Clean cottages according to property-specific standards and state Covid requirements for rentals. • Cleaning tasks include: - Clean kitchens, make beds and clean bathrooms - Replace guest amenities and supplies - Dust walls and furnishings - Vacuum carpets and floors - Sweep porches - Empty outdoor fire pits of ash • Report maintenance problems • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Minimum Qualifications - Arrives to work on time. - Able to work weekends and some holidays (memorial day, 4th of July, labor day) - Must communicate and understand the English language. - Able to work cooperatively with a group of people to achieve goals and objectives. - 18 years of age or older. - Masks are required per state mandate, but not provided. (Self-supplied PPE.) - Must have reliable vehicle. Physical Demands - Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas. - Physically able to push and pull equipment and furnishings. - Have physical stamina and energy to clean multiple homes daily. We will provide: Training, All cleaning supplies, Parking, Competitive salary based, on experience ($20+/hr) Note: we may be able to offer overnight accommodations if you are traveling far and working 2 consecutive days.
