ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team. Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed. Calculating and budgeting the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each phase of a project. Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly. Ordering all construction materials needed for projects. Supervising field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors. Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry. Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) OSHA 10 Construction The ability to read blueprints Proven experience in remodeling or construction Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures The ability to safely operate power tools Excellent time management skills Effective communication skills Strong leadership skills Required Must own hand tools Clean MVR and Criminal background Workers’ Compensation, license, bond, liability insurance and auto insurance Clean criminal background Class A CDL (or ability to obtain prior to contract) Ability to provide 3 references This position will be issued a 1099 at the end of the year. You will be responsible for withholding your own taxes. Pay - $1000.00 - $1300.00 Weekly
