The Position: We’re looking for an experienced Plant Labor to join our team in Groveland, FL who will be responsible for running the daily operations of our grease and grit processing plant. Requirements: • Has a mechanical background. • Good communication skills. • Positive work attitude. • Highly motivated, self-starter. • Good at troubleshooting and problem-solving. • High School Diploma/GED preferred. Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Operates day-to-day production. • Continuously monitors plant equipment and systems to efficiently minimize unplanned downtime. • Performs and logs regular machine maintenance. • Oversees and manages inventory levels. • Maintain and enforce good housekeeping and keeps the plant free from debris, spills, and waste. • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
