Tibbetts Lumber in Lutz is looking for goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our truss plant. Production personnel set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for construction along with other assigned duties Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for all required job duties. We are currently hiring for first and second shift, and will be conducting interviews on Tuesday 4/27 from 10:00am until 1:30pm--stop by and apply! Responsibilities and Duties Job Requirements: Applicants must Be team-oriented Motivated Have excellent work attendance Like to work in a fast-paced environment Have the ability to read a tape measure Be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns. Be able to follow all safety related procedures and practices Qualifications and Skills Minimum experience- Prior carpentry experience helpful Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.
