Join us June 9th, for a lovely Tuscany inspired wine dinner. This summer's eve experience we will be celebrating the Mediterranean region. Bonjour Café Cuvée Family! Our June 2021 wine dinner is not too far away! As we prepare for to host you for this fabulous summer's eve event, we wanted to chare a bit more details we know you'd be excited to hear about! We invite you to join us Wednesday, June 9th from 6pm - 8pm to experience this exciting and delicious culinary event. This upcoming wine dinner experience we will be celebrating and featuring varietals from the regions of Tuscany, Italy! Here's a little more about the area where we will be sourcing our varietals from... Tuscany is one of the most famous and prolific wine regions anywhere in Europe. It is best known for its Sangiovese-based dry red wines - which dominate output. These include Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Situated in central Italy, Tuscany's neighbors are Liguria and Emilia-Romagna to the north, Umbria and Marche to the east and Lazio to the south. Its western boundary is formed by the Tyrrhenian Sea. The picturesque rolling hills with medieval villages and cypress-lined avenues appeal to tourists and so help promote the wines. As is the case with almost all of Italy's 20 regions, Tuscany has a long wine history. This can be traced back as far as the fifth century BC. Our Executive Chef Gayland Toriello and Sous Chef Nick Everly have prepared a spectacular five course menu to be paired with each wine!
