Private Opening Reception for the Departures 2021 student exhibition at the Southeast Museum of Photography Each student is allowed up to two (2) invited guests. All students and invited guests must register on Event Brite to reserve a free timed entry ticket for this reception. Health + Safety Information Students and guests will be required to RSVP to the reception to ensure capacity limits are observed. Timed tickets are required to ensure a staggered opening and encourage the health and safety of our guests. Capacity restrictions will be in place to ensure social distancing and allow at least six-feet between parties throughout the downstairs gallery. The upstairs gallery will be off-limits during this event. Masks will be required for all students, faculty, staff, and guests throughout the duration of the opening. Disposable masks will be provided for guests who need one. No food or drink will be consumed on site. However, bottled water and pre-packaged snacks will be available for take-away refreshments. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed at the entrance of the museum, near the refreshments, and inside the gallery to encourage regular sanitization. Signage detailing restrictions and guidelines will be placed in highly visible areas throughout the museum as well as emailed to all guests who RSVP to the event. SMP staff will be on site to enforce social distancing and ensure the safety of all guests during the reception.
