We are interested only in hiring an individual and not a company*** We own a small to medium sized real estate portfolio in Jacksonville and are looking to hire a full time handyman / maintenance manager. You must have experience and knowledge in working on homes. We're looking for someone that can handle all the basic needs that may arise in a property such as: Basic plumbing skills is a must: like changing kitchen sinks, bathroom vanities and bath tubs, etc... Changing windows Sheet rock Basic electric would be great We're looking for a general handyman. This is a full time salary position. Serious, trustworthy, professional, responsible applicants only.
